Practice notebook
Practice experience sheets — private, shared, or in community
As a Meridiania user you can keep sheets for each shiatsu, TCM or atlas practice: what you touched, what you felt, what to repeat. They are private by default. When you choose, share them with registered users or publish them in a community subsection.
A clear journal after the table
Each sheet captures what matters in a study session: practice type (shiatsu, Masunaga, Namikoshi, TCM, hara, qigong…), setting, duration, body areas, points or channels, intention, felt quality, notes and next step. Built for learning with presence — not a clinical record.
Private first
Sheets live in your profile space. Only you see them until you decide otherwise. Group by practice type — all shiatsu or hara sessions — without mixing them into the public wall.
Share with people who study with you
Share a sheet with one or more registered Meridiania users. They stay off search engines and the open feed: only the people you choose see them under «Shared with me». Ideal for table partners, mentoring or study groups.
Publish to community when you want
When an experience deserves conversation, publish it to the fitting subsection (shiatsu, TCM, practice, students…). A thread is created from the sheet summary. You can unpublish whenever you like.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see my practice sheets?
By default, only you. You can share them with chosen registered users, or publish a summary in a community subsection. They are not indexed as individual public pages.
Do I need a Meridiania account?
Yes. The notebook lives in the private profile space. Sign up, sign in and open the Experiences tab.
Can I group by shiatsu or other practices?
Yes. Filter and group by type: shiatsu, Masunaga, Namikoshi, TCM, hara, qigong, sotai, anatomy or other.
Is community publishing required?
No. It is optional. Many sheets stay private or shared only with table partners.
