MeridianiaMeridiania

Breathe. Listen to the channel. Follow the Qi.

Where pressure meets the meridian, the body remembers its own map — shiatsu, TCM and study in one quiet pulse.

Shiatsu points: tsubo, meridians and 3D atlas

Shiatsu points are tsubo studied with presence: many match WHO codes and others are Namikoshi zones or Masunaga extensions. Meridiania shows them on the same 3D body, with hara and location.

What you study here

Tsubo maps, Masunaga Zen Shiatsu extensions, Namikoshi-style zones, hara assessment and location drills. Landmarks and table vocabulary — not a school substitute.

From hara to the 3D atlas

Combine hara practice with the body explorer: rotate the figure, light a channel and open the tsubo sheet.

Learn and practice

Quiz, flashcards and 3D challenge; practice studio with study protocols. Compare TCM and Masunaga on the same body.

Shiatsu points map

Each code opens its sheet. In shiatsu they are studied as tsubo: some match WHO codes and others belong to Namikoshi or Masunaga.

Frequently asked questions

Educational guidance on this Meridiania study pillar.

Does Meridiania replace a shiatsu school?
No. It is a study atlas and lab (3D, tsubo, Masunaga/Namikoshi, hara) plus an optional LMS campus for schools. It complements teachers; it does not grant a diploma.
Does it include Masunaga and Namikoshi?
Yes. Compare Masunaga extensions and Namikoshi zones with TCM channels on the same 3D body.
Is there a campus for my school?
Yes. The /campus landing explains the private LMS. Classrooms stay unindexed; the public atlas is crawlable.
What are shiatsu points?
In shiatsu they are called tsubo: pressure places studied with the hands. Many match a WHO code and others are Namikoshi zones or Masunaga extensions. The atlas keeps those layers apart.
Are shiatsu points the same as acupuncture points?
Sometimes they share a code (LI4, ST36, GB20) and sometimes they do not. A Namikoshi tsubo or a Masunaga extension is not automatically the same WHO point.
Where are the shiatsu points of the back, hand and leg?
The list on this page links study sheets: hand LI4, shoulder LI15 and GB21, abdomen CV12 and ST25, back BL23, leg ST36, SP6 and LR3, head GB20 and GV20. Check the location on the sheet and in the 3D atlas. Study material, not a treatment map.
