Class asks for the twelve names before the 361 points. This is the clock order, not a protocol.
The cycle
Lung and large intestine (metal), stomach and spleen (earth), heart and small intestine (fire), bladder and kidney (water), pericardium and triple burner (fire), gallbladder and liver (wood). Ren and Du sit outside that clock of twelve, as extraordinary vessels.
How to use the list
Open one channel, read the sheet and mark three landmarks. Next day, the next organ on the clock. All twelve in one afternoon does not stick.
Four pathways people look up
Bladder, gallbladder, stomach and kidney have their own guides: back, side, front of the leg and medial side.

Questions
- How many meridians are there?
- Twelve regular ones, plus Ren and Du in classical classroom study. Masunaga and Namikoshi are other layers, not a thirteenth name on the same list.
- Is the clock the anatomical order?
- No. The clock is an hourly study sequence. The path on the body is read on each channel sheet.
Study reference within traditional Shiatsu/TCM frameworks. Does not diagnose or treat.
