Study acupuncture and shiatsu: 7 weeks
Seven open classes to memorise meridians, locate points and keep shiatsu maps apart. This is study material: it does not diagnose, treat or grant a diploma.
The seven weeks
- 01The 12 meridians, plus Ren and Du
Names, element and clock order. Open each channel sheet before memorising isolated points.
- 02Cun, bone and the 3D body
Bone landmark first, then the cun. The cun guide and the atlas check the same sentence from your notes.
- 03Six points asked for in class
LI4, ST36, SP6, LR3, PC6 and GB20: local code, WHO code, region and 3D sheet. One session, one point.
- 04Yuan, luo, back-shu and mu
One family per session. The dictionary list links the sheet; you do not need to copy all 361 points.
- 05Namikoshi and Masunaga, kept apart
Tsubo and kata on one side; extended meridian, hara and kyo/jitsu on the other. The TCM map stays on its own layer.
- 06Hara, kyo/jitsu and the meridian clock
Study listening on the abdomen, the kyo/jitsu pair and the hourly cycle. The clock has its own guide.
- 07Quiz, flashcards and exam review
Close the path with the quiz, the flashcards and the 3D challenge. The exam guide orders the review; it does not promise a diploma.

Questions
Pages for search and for forwarding to the group. Each one returns to a sheet, a channel or the 3D body.
- Is this a diploma course?
- No. It is a path of notes on the public atlas. A school's classroom, with students and assignments, lives on the campus and is not indexed.
- Where do I start if I have one week, not seven?
- On the first-week guide. Then come back here and continue with the channel that was hardest.
- Does it replace a school or a treatment?
- No. It is for studying codes, pathways and layers. Professional practice stays with the school and its regulation.
Study reference within traditional Shiatsu/TCM frameworks. Does not diagnose or treat.
