Breathe. Listen to the channel. Follow the Qi.

Where pressure meets the meridian, the body remembers its own map — shiatsu, TCM and study in one quiet pulse.

How to study for a shiatsu or TCM exam

Class

A map exam asks you to name, locate and not mix schools. This is one way to order the last week.

Four blocks

One: the twelve names and the element, out loud. Two: six class points with bone and cun. Three: one family (yuan, luo, shu or mu), not all four on the same day. Four: one sentence that separates TCM, Masunaga and Namikoshi.

With the atlas

The quiz checks the code. The 3D challenge checks the place. If you miss a point, open the sheet before you repeat the question. The first-week guide is enough when the exam is introductory.

What the atlas does not examine

There is no diploma, no patient and no treatment protocol. If your school assesses the table, the table stays with the school. Verified schools are in the directory.

Questions

How many days does it take?
The full path is seven weeks. If the exam is next week, use the four blocks on this page and the quiz. Do not attempt all 361 points.
Where is training with a teacher?
In the schools in the directory and on each centre’s private campus. This page is review of the public map.

Study reference within traditional Shiatsu/TCM frameworks. Does not diagnose or treat.
